If you were to create a scorecard for senior executives relating to training, what would you put on it? Let’s make it harder and limit you to five or less items. Remember if it’s on the scorecard it needs to be measurable.







1. Did you establish measurable goals?
2. Do you have a system of accounatbility across all lines that recognizes excellence an sub-standard performance with consequences?
3. Do you have an open and visible system to adress and reconcile complaints without retribution?
4. Have you allowed managers to be leaders? (giving both responsibility and authority to achieve expectations)
5. Have you communicated standards, expectations and standards?
